ALLSUN MED charges a fixed fee only for organizational support — selection of the clinic, preparation of documents, coordination, and patient support at all stages. Our service fees are always transparent and known in advance.

We are not limited to one clinic. ALLSUN MED cooperates with leading public and private oncology centers in Russia. These include federal research institutes, major specialized hospitals, and modern private medical complexes.

We select the clinic individually based on the patient’s diagnosis — taking into account the specialization of the doctors, availability of technologies, and the clinic’s experience in treating the specific condition.

The final cost can only be determined after an in-person examination at the clinic. Before arrival, the patient receives a preliminary estimate based on the available documents and diagnostic results.

After diagnosis, the doctors clarify the condition and create an optimal treatment plan. In some cases, the cost may turn out to be lower than expected — for example, when additional tests confirm the disease is less advanced than initially assumed.

Important: Every stage of treatment is agreed upon in advance. There are no unexpected bills.

A second opinion is the opportunity to get an independent expert evaluation from another doctor or medical center. In most cases, a written second opinion is provided free of charge: your medical documents are sent to several clinics, and doctors provide a preliminary assessment and approximate treatment plan.

If an online consultation or in-person meeting with a doctor is required, this is paid separately according to the clinic's rates.

No. Receiving a second opinion does not oblige you to anything. You can stop cooperation at any stage without additional costs.

We fully accompany the patient from the first call to the completion of therapy. ALLSUN MED helps with the following:

• selecting the clinic and doctor;
• preparing and forwarding medical documents;
• organizing consultations and hospitalization;
• scheduling examinations and procedures;
• arranging transport and accommodation if necessary;
• providing support to the patient and their family throughout the treatment process.

This way, the patient and their loved ones can focus on what matters most — recovery — while we handle all organizational matters.

In most cases, prepayment is not required. The patient arrives at the clinic, undergoes an initial examination, and then the doctors prepare a detailed treatment plan with a cost estimate.

Payment is made gradually, as procedures are completed, directly to the medical institution.

Yes. If the patient needs a companion, we arrange accommodation for a relative or loved one in advance — this could be a separate room or an extra bed in the hospital. The presence of a loved one is especially important during serious treatment, and we always take that into account during the planning process.

If the patient cannot travel independently, we arrange specialized medical transportation — including ambulances with life-support equipment and medical escorts. If necessary, air ambulance services are also available, with doctors accompanying the patient directly to the hospital where a medical team is waiting.
